About Me

I am a Alabama and Texas licensed massage therapist.  I started my journey with massage in Abilene, TX over 11 years ago.  I graduated from Texas State Technical College in 2006 and was licensed in that same year.  In December of 2015, I moved back to my hometown, Prattville, AL.  Because of changes in standards for the massage profession, I enrolled in another massage therapy school and acquired an additional 400+ hours of training.

 I have experienced and understand how to manage pain with massage, essential oils and other helpful modalities.  I believe in the body's ability to heal itself with the support of natural constituents.  I would love the opportunity to assist you with custom bodywork therapy to lessen pain, improve your overall health and help you in living a Joyous Life!  I look forward to hearing from you!
